Allo stesso modo, quando cercano una soluzione per mantenere la linea, uomini e donne hanno sempre la stessa risposta: mangiare bene, fare attenzione alla dieta&#8230; e fare un po&#8217; di esercizio fisico. Cosa mangiare, dunque, per perdere peso senza diventare magri?<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/perdre-du-poids.jpg\" alt=\"perdere peso\" width=\"747\" height=\"495\"><\/p>\n<h2>Una dieta per perdere peso?<\/h2>\n<p>Questa domanda implica la proposta di una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/it\/blog\/cosa-si-puo-fare-per-evitare-lobesita-e-le-malattie-correlate\/\">dieta per perdere peso<\/a>. Questo comporta diversi fattori. Oltre alla scelta degli alimenti, c&#8217;\u00e8 anche il problema degli orari dei pasti e soprattutto della loro quantit\u00e0. Sono tanti gli elementi da tenere in considerazione quando si cerca di perdere peso.<\/p>\n<h2>Alimenti per la perdita di peso<\/h2>\n<p>La scelta degli alimenti deve essere fatta in base alla loro densit\u00e0 energetica. Questo dipende dal rapporto tra la quantit\u00e0 di calorie di un alimento e il suo volume. Si consiglia quindi di scegliere alimenti con un volume minore ma con la quantit\u00e0 di calorie necessaria per una dieta migliore. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 quello di saziarsi senza dover mangiare molto.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, una buona dieta per la perdita di peso richiede che vengano privilegiati gli alimenti ad alta densit\u00e0 energetica. Si tratta di verdure, legumi, cereali, patate, mais, pesce, prosciutto&#8230; insomma, alimenti con una densit\u00e0 energetica compresa tra 0 e 1,5. Ci\u00f2 si ottiene consumando moderatamente quelli con una densit\u00e0 energetica compresa tra 1,5 e 4 (carne, pollame, uova, pane, formaggio) e limitando i cibi fritti, i dolci, la pizza, le margarine, il burro, ecc. la cui densit\u00e0 energetica \u00e8 compresa tra 1 e 9.<\/p>\n<h2>Optare per proteine e fibre<\/h2>\n<p>Il vantaggio delle proteine \u00e8 che saziano rapidamente. Una dieta equilibrata deve necessariamente contenere proteine, soprattutto perch\u00e9 il loro consumo fa diminuire la fame tra un pasto e l&#8217;altro. Si stima che le proteine dovrebbero rappresentare il 20% delle calorie necessarie per una buona dieta.<\/p>\n<p>La fibra alimentare, invece, riduce l&#8217;appetito allo stesso modo di un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/bypass-tunisie\/\">bypass<\/a>, ma in misura minore.
