Del mismo modo, a la hora de buscar una soluci\u00f3n para mantener la figura, hombres y mujeres siempre tienen la misma respuesta: comer bien, cuidar la dieta&#8230; y hacer algo de ejercicio. Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hay que comer para perder peso sin adelgazar?<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/perdre-du-poids.jpg\" alt=\"adelgazar\" width=\"747\" height=\"495\"><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfUna dieta para adelgazar?<\/h2>\n<p>Esta pregunta implica proponer una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/es\/blog\/que-se-puede-hacer-para-evitar-la-obesidad-y-las-enfermedades-asociadas\/\">dieta para adelgazar<\/a>. Esto implica varios factores. Adem\u00e1s de la elecci\u00f3n de los alimentos, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 el problema de los horarios de las comidas y, sobre todo, de la cantidad de comida. Son muchos los elementos que hay que tener en cuenta a la hora de perder peso.<\/p>\n<h2>Alimentos para adelgazar<\/h2>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n de los alimentos debe hacerse en funci\u00f3n de su densidad energ\u00e9tica. Esto depende de la relaci\u00f3n entre la cantidad de calor\u00edas de un alimento y su volumen. Por ello, se recomienda elegir alimentos con menos volumen pero con la cantidad necesaria de calor\u00edas para una mejor alimentaci\u00f3n. El objetivo es saciarse sin tener que comer mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, una buena dieta de adelgazamiento requiere que se prefieran los alimentos de alto valor energ\u00e9tico. Se trata de verduras, legumbres, cereales, patatas, ma\u00edz, pescado, jam\u00f3n&#8230; en definitiva, alimentos con una densidad energ\u00e9tica entre 0 y 1,5. Esto se consigue consumiendo moderadamente los que tienen una densidad energ\u00e9tica de entre 1,5 y 4 (carne, aves, huevos, pan, queso) y limitando los fritos, pasteles, pizza, margarinas, mantequilla, etc., cuya densidad energ\u00e9tica est\u00e1 entre 1 y 9.<\/p>\n<h2>Optar por prote\u00ednas y fibra<\/h2>\n<p>La ventaja de las prote\u00ednas es que sacian r\u00e1pidamente. Una dieta equilibrada debe contener necesariamente prote\u00ednas, sobre todo porque su consumo hace que se tenga menos hambre entre comidas. Se estima que las prote\u00ednas deben representar el 20% de las calor\u00edas necesarias para una buena alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La fibra diet\u00e9tica, por su parte, reduce el apetito de la misma forma que un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/es\/bypass\/\">bypass<\/a>, pero en menor medida.
