hombres, las jorobas de la frente y los arcos \u00f3seos periorbitarios son m\u00e1s marcados, en las mujeres la frente es m\u00e1s recta y los relieves menos marcados. 3 elementos pueden modificarse con esta operaci\u00f3n:\n<ul class=\"liste-style\">\n \t<li>Relieve \u00f3seo de la frente y la zona periorbitaria<\/li>\n \t<li>Implantaci\u00f3n capilar, es decir, el nacimiento del pelo<\/li>\n class=\"liste-style\">\n \t<li>Bajo anestesia general<\/li>\n \t<li>La incisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 oculta en el cabello, por lo que no modifica la l\u00ednea del pelo, o bien precapilar, es decir, en la l\u00ednea del pelo, lo que permite modificar la l\u00ednea del pelo, pero en proporciones limitadas y a costa de una cicatriz que, para algunas personas, puede ser un poco ancha dada la tracci\u00f3n del cuero cabelludo.<\/li>\n \t<li>Se expone el hueso de la frente y la parte superior de las \u00f3rbitas para poder fresarlo y reducir el relieve.<\/li>\n \t<li>Los m\u00fasculos de la frente y las arrugas del entrecejo se debilitan para reducir las arrugas de la frente.<\/li>\n \t<li>Se pueden elevar las cejas y\/o estirar los ojos lateralmente <a meses antes de que todo vuelva a la normalidad.<\/li>\n \t<li>El dolor postoperatorio es moderado y sensible a los analg\u00e9sicos habituales.<\/li>\n \t<li>Es necesario respetar un reposo estricto durante unos diez d\u00edas, momento en el que se retiran los puntos, despu\u00e9s puede ser necesaria una o dos semanas de baja laboral y el cese de las actividades f\u00edsicas durante un mes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Otros gestos asociados a la modificaci\u00f3n facial superior :<\/h2>\nLa mayor\u00eda de las veces se realizan trasplantes capilares en las zonas calvas, sobre todo en los golfos, pero si est\u00e1n muy marcados, la cirug\u00eda es insuficiente y la terapia hormonal no evita necesariamente una mayor ca\u00edda del cabello.\n\nPuede proponerse una t\u00e9cnica de extensi\u00f3n del cuero cabelludo, que requiere mucho m\u00e1s tiempo, pero un sustituto capilar suele ser la mejor soluci\u00f3n.\n\n <a
