Es un procedimiento que permite <em>corregir diversos defectos del ment\u00f3n<\/em> con el fin de <em>restablecer el equilibrio y la armon\u00eda del rostro<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ccece1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ccece1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las diferentes imperfecciones del ment\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a sus diversas t\u00e9cnicas, la <strong>mentoplastia<\/strong>, como tambi\u00e9n se denomina, corrige espec\u00edficamente el ment\u00f3n <strong>prominente<\/strong>. La posici\u00f3n adelantada o retrasada del ment\u00f3n depende esencialmente de una l\u00ednea vertical que parece ir desde la frente, pasando por la nariz, hasta el ment\u00f3n, cuando se mira de perfil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un ment\u00f3n curvado es un ment\u00f3n que tiene una fuerte proyecci\u00f3n hacia delante de esta l\u00ednea vertical. Esta imperfecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se denomina progenie. Cuando un ment\u00f3n presenta una prominencia de las partes blandas o del hueso mandibular, se dice que es un ment\u00f3n protuberante, un ment\u00f3n puntiagudo y curvado hacia delante. El ment\u00f3n retra\u00eddo suele ir asociado a una giba nasal, y puede requerir una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medespoir.fr\/es\/rinoplastia\/\">rinoplastia<\/a> o simplemente una profiloplastia para tener un ment\u00f3n y una nariz en armon\u00eda con todo el rostro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las manchas en el ment\u00f3n pueden da\u00f1ar las enc\u00edas inferiores y aflojar los dientes o dificultar el cierre completo de la boca. justify;\">Genioplastia T\u00fanez : T\u00e9cnicas utilizadas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una genioplastia s\u00f3lo es posible a los 18 a\u00f1os, para permitir que la estructura \u00f3sea de la cara se solidifique. Existen varias t\u00e9cnicas para realizar un <strong>lifting de ment\u00f3n<\/strong>. La elecci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica depende de cada cirujano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realizada bajo anestesia general o local, la <strong>cirug\u00eda de ment\u00f3n<\/strong> es una operaci\u00f3n que dura 1 hora. En el caso de un ment\u00f3n prominente, el cirujano pl\u00e1stico puede elegir entre la t\u00e9cnica de alisado mandibular o una osteotom\u00eda de retracci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La t\u00e9cnica de cepillado consiste en limar y lijar el borde inferior del hueso mandibular. Una osteotom\u00eda de retroceso tiene por objeto fracturar y cortar el exceso de hueso maxilar, reposicionar la parte anterior desplaz\u00e1ndola hacia atr\u00e1s y fijarla con placas y tornillos. Existen 3 t\u00e9cnicas para levantar un ment\u00f3n retra\u00eddo: injerto \u00f3seo, colocaci\u00f3n de implantes u osteotom\u00eda de avance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existen varios tipos y formas de implantes de silicona o artificiales (implantes de coral). Existen pr\u00f3tesis centrales e implantes con alas laterales. Durante una <strong>cirug\u00eda de correcci\u00f3n de ment\u00f3n<\/strong>, el implante se inserta en la zona del maxilar inferior en una cavidad hecha a medida. La pr\u00f3tesis se ajusta a la grasa y los m\u00fasculos del ment\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para una osteotom\u00eda de avance, se crea un fragmento de hueso en el ment\u00f3n cortado horizontalmente. Este fragmento de hueso se hace avanzar y se fija con tornillos y placas.\nEn el caso de un injerto \u00f3seo, el hueso utilizado para remodelar el ment\u00f3n se toma de la giba de la nariz, el cr\u00e1neo o la pelvis.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguimiento postoperatorio de una genioplastia en T\u00fanez<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las cicatrices de la genioplastia son o bien una peque\u00f1a cicatriz bajo el ment\u00f3n (que es casi invisible) o una incisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande en la boca, que por lo tanto es completamente invisible.\nDespu\u00e9s de la operaci\u00f3n, es posible sentir molestias al comer.
